I like your commentary, but it’s oftentimes 1 or 2 seconds too early so the point is spoiled. As a viewer I want to see first and listen after I’ve seen the outcome. examples are at the point at 10:38 An perfectly timed commentary is in my opinion at 12:13 , for real, the timing couldn’t have been better. If more (or every) of your commentaries would be like that, it would be a big improvement.
