The first generation is a redesigned DAF 95, only the XF (Extra Forte) has been added to the numerals to stand for 95XF. The trucks received a modified Cabtec-cab and equipment. While preserving the general style of the 95th series, the 95XF cab received higher doors, fully enclosed side steps and a new design of the front end. The interior has been completely redesigned. The 95XF was powered by a DAF XF six-cylinder 12.50L (315,381, 428, 483 and 530 hp) and Cummins 14.0L (530 hp) engine, synchronized with a 16-speed manual ServoShift with air-assisted transmission.

Has own sounds from famous Engine Voice Records (EVR) (currently used EVR's XF105 sounds) and wide range of engines from E2 and E3 era and each of them sounding slightly differently.
Classic 3 cabin types and 6 unique chassis from real life variants of the truck.
Big array of customization (Collectively around 430 parts) for all parts of the truck. cabins and chassis of the truck. Even more customization for interior - different panels, seats, beds and even different speedometers will allow you to create a truck for your own taste and give it unique personality.
Made with high attention to detail, high quality while maintaining the best optimization for game engine. Mod weights only ~40MB and is developed with best practices of the official developers.

Yeah, I followed it from day 1 too, It was planned to be a free truck at first but plans changed later on, After that, Soundwave made his own site and i followed the process on there in stead.

i've gotten this truck 1 day after it released. All though i'm rather poor, Poor enough that this truck ended up with me not being able to get gasoline for my scooter for 2 weeks. But it's ok. Been wanted a 95XF ever since ETS2 originally came out back in 2012 as it's been my #1 faforite Daf ever since i was young and saw one in real live parked somewhere in Germany in the late 90's, But nobody made a decent looking one :( I remember one of the few that someone made having a somewhat OK looking outside, But an absolute horrible interior which ruined it for me. And than Soundwave came along and made a proper looking 95XF which i've been driving almost non stop ever since \o/ I feel absolutely no need for any other trucks anymore.

The quality is ok. The price is so exaggerated. It doesn't deserve that price tag at all .

You are of-course entitled to your own opinion, but as you can see from screenshots on website and customization video, there's great balance between optimization, level of details and attention to details, because more polygons doesn't always mean better for game. It took me around 1600 hours (around 10 month if I work 8 hours per day) to put this all in place (not counting writing website or EVR's efforts). Then there's PayPal's fee, website's support fee and some other. There's people who ask way more for far less, I hope you understand the price better now.

@@Soundwave2142 Well I commented after testing the mod myself. So I don't need to check anything to know what I'm talking about.. the mod is OK. 30 Euros is insane.. there are better quality mods out there for less.. even some free mods are better in quality than this one ( sound wise too )

@@FoxOnTheBox I didn't purchase the mod, I didn't even know that downloading involved a fee and I don't have any link in the email. There are several sites that I have saved in the favorites of mods. I also tried to search on Google ets2 daf 95xf 1.47 and I reached the site that the links to download the mod lead to a page where it is written that the file is not found. What I tried listed 1.46 and 1.47 red light on the main mod in the mod manager.

It's a great truck and it is still being updated. Check your emails, Soundwave lets you know when it's received an update so you can download it again. It's already been updated to 1.48 and with a decent changelog.
