Started Listening to Eric Thomas 2 yrs ago, been listening to him ever since. Surprised to find out he went to the same HBCU with my Ex Wife and my youngest daughter down in Huntsville Alabama. I listen to him EVERYDAY!!!!!!! I was blessed 6 months ago to get a promotion at work with a $30,000.00 a yr raise because I implemented the principles he talked about. I can speak to at least the weight loss part if you're still working on that. 1 If you don't eat junk food in the first place you don't have to try to burn the calories off after. If you're having trouble getting started. Go for a walk. Anyone can walk. Even if you walk some every day it's better than nothing. Stay consistent and start walking longer. If you don't want to spend so much time walking, start jogging.
