Thank GOD I fell down the rabbit hole! An old manager played ET for inspiration, I then found his KZbin videos, started listening to APOC sermons on Saturday, found this podcast and made playlists of my favorites (I put 4 songs in between lol) and finally, I am now a proud member of Make Real Estate Real (the kicker is that I actually do Commercial Real Estate for a living and I'm STILL learning from Jamal and company!). God Bless everyone and keep pushing 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾

Jemal was so right about that letting your emotions get in the way of good business decisions. I lost the first business that I built over six years because I let my emotions run wild for 6 straight months. That is all it took to tear down something it took me 6 years to build.

An Asian man told why his people are more successful compared to certain ethnicities... He said "Some people choose to party first in life, and than have to work the rest of their lives. My people get our education first, so we can party later in life. " 💯

ET preached alot of people want something they don't qualify for. whether is a car, relationship , marriage, etc. you can want what you want but you only get what you work for. People want a raise but didn't raise their skills, professionalism, or level of education. YOu want a wife but you still cheating you want a husband but you still got a bad attitude. smh. Work on yourself in the valley before getting to the mountaintop and you will stay at the mountain top longer. Even on the moutain top you still got to work.

As a female myself I've never understood womens obsessions with expensive purses and accessories. I'm now able to afford these items if I wanted to but I still don't see the obsession. I'd rather donate 2-3k rather than buy a purse. I'd be embarrassed for people to know I spend that much on a bag. Also you're more likely to get mugged.
