Hi Meg, Ettie is growing up to be a gorgeous girl, she has super conformation and the most beautiful head and neck. I think that when, down the line she is going to make a really super event pony. Ettie already has a very good rear end for pushing off over the jumps with and has shown that she is very agile from the very beginning. I can’t wait to see when she loses all her baby fur what color she really is going to be. You are training her very well, her head in a halter is lovely. im so glad she was born in your fold because folk like me would not be able to resist being naughty and onery with the foal and i would not be mature enough to stand my ground and i would end up to just join in all the bad habits and naughty behaviors because i find it hilarious and amusing and adventurous tho i would absolutely hate it later on when they are all grown up lol. but milly is a fantastic mom and i so appreciate her patience with her baby and yet she is also really into joining in the playfulness of her baby at times rather than just fully ignoring her like some mare moms do. i so love it when her baby finds something seriously interesting , her mother will make her way over to investigate and that to is something i do not see that often mother mares doing with their foals. Milly is a talker to, but in such brilliant ways. She talks in ways that teaches her baby to communicate with humans and she so deeply appreciates it when people pamper her during her time of being a mom. i could just hug you all for all that you do and all that you share to us on yt. Most are good hearted with their horses on yt but not nearly as interesting. Your content fills in that void , it fits perfectly i cannot describe it. So glad you and your mom decided to go this route in life to share your lives with us! what a blessing to behold :D
