I am a full stack developer. word of advice for beginners is that when i started learning full stack i thought it was gonna be fast. i thought i could learn everything within 4 to 6 months. but no. from what i experienced, for HTML maximum 15 days is enough. for CSS i suggest learning it for about 1 to 2 months. Now with Javascript, it is not easy, you need to take atleast 6 months perfecting it. You can't be perfect in only 6 months but still you'll have a good understanding of what JS is. I'm telling you this if you spend at least 2 hours a day on programming. happy learning!
