Hi, I would really love to be able to help you on this, but I can't seem to find any info about the Velvet Cover Foundation in Korea. This might have been an overseas release that was either not released domestically, or released under a different name.

On Romand's website, I don't see a 17c1, but I see a 17 Porcelain. Assuming that is the same one you are using, then I would say Etude's 17c1 would be suitable.
