Audio cable is not needed cuz one of the cables there transfer both sound and operations to the computer. +Ezekiel Mothotse It works like this: A proramm on the computer is able to play 2 ore more audio files , The programm maybe able to mix them internal with a virtual mixer... then you can mix via the internal soundcard of the computer because you need just one channel to send the analog audio out to a ampilifer and speakers... thats the worst solution .. Usually a USB-Midi-controller with integrated 2 or more channel soundcard is connected to the computer .. AS SEEN in this Video! This controller is able to control several functions of the dj-software like play/stop, beat-sync, Filter & eq , volume & X-fader The soundcard saves ressources for the computer and provides faster and better audio quality ... The Audio is routed to the RCA and XlR outputs U can see on the back of the device the boy uses ;)
