@@Cronoro He was known for stalling back in the day, check his feature matches during toss format, there was one where he tried to scum out a time win by declaring an inconsequential borreload effect during the battle phase, that being said, he's by far one of the best yugioh content creators and I'm glad that he doesn't do that stuff anymore.

don't lie. runick stun is just the worst deck to ever exist and master duel did it right by limiting so many stun cards so that deck couldn't be playable. back when Yubel got support in phantom nightmare I got paired against stun 3 times at a YCS. not being able to play the game at all is worse than the snake eyes endboard.

Josh deserved to win they match regardless if people agree on time wins or not.

If tip also limited, def hard. But eh still lot of alternatives depending on meta. Like power filter that got popular recently, or DDG tho it's only 1 turn. Ppl def will find another floodgates option based on meta.

@invertbrid I unironically prefer Amano Iwato hit rather than Skill Drain. Skill Drain is obnoxious but it exposes Fountain under danger since you can't use Hugin's protection, I dare even say that if the other good floodgates aren't in the banlist, they would play that over skill drain. Amano Iwato into Typhon on top of the other Runick cards breaks boards so efficiently, not to count Flashing Fire into the mix as well. The only reason Skill Drain could be the better hit is that it's a Fiendsmith Snake Eye hits too since they play it often in the side deck

Can someone explain to me how that shuffle is ok on the first search by Benjamin (about 2:24). He mashes once and then does a none mash. And done. How is this normal? Other tcg’s you want to mash 7 times minimum for complete randomness per data shown (assuming mashes are correct)

As long as your opponent is fine with it, there's no issue. You don't have to just cut the deck, you are allowed to completely reshuffle and then cut if you choose to as long as you aren't stalling for time if I remember right.
