In this video titled EU4 A to Z - Making THE WHOLE WORLD HUSSITE As Bohemia I do a playthrough as Bohemia in Europa Universalis 4 1.32 Origins. This is the series titled A to Z where I attempt to play every* nation in EU4 in alphabetical order. Of course I had to remove some nations so the challenge doesn't get too boring. In this video I play as the nation of Bohemia, and I attempt to make every nation I can Hussite while also winning The War of the Protestant League. So let's see if I managed to do it! It's slow but you can return vassal cores through favours. So you could've slowly returned cores to Hungary from the Ottomans as you were allied with them.

Coalitions should ignore truces anyway, that "mechanic" (exploit) is really silly.

@@Magusdlbr please no. Imagine beating a 500k strong coalition for that exact same coalition to atack you again. Just cause they ignore truces. Fixing this exploit is enough and you can always just not use it

@@kytharkytheon6063 I understand your point, but AE shouldn't be something you can just ignore at some point (and usually it's very early), a timer for when the same nation can join a coalition would be better. The AI already has many flaws with it's decision making, and this one is just artificially imposed on them, as on MP players would just truce break to declare on you if you were such a menace.

@@kytharkytheon6063 Coalitions should ignore truces, but figting a war with a coalition should reset all ae with its members. Like if you have a 500k strong coalition and you manage to fight them, they should not still be angry wuth you ^^'

@@krankarvolund7771 That still has its problems, you can expand like crazy, take over half of Europe and everyone lets bygones be bygones after one war? Coalition wars are meant to mimic the coalitions against Revolutionary France (although their reasons are different from "aggressive expansion" at first), and there were seven coalition wars until France lost. I think they just need to make it so nations can still join coalitions despite truces, but won't declare the war themselves if the leader has a truce with the target. Or alternatively, nations that have a truce with the target will only join defensive wars, sort of like defensive pacts in CK2. That would get rid of the truce juggling aspect of AE, which I think is the main problem.

Any PU can join the HRE as long as it borders the HRE, the overlord is stronger, and a certain time has passed since they became a PU. Always gives you the imperial event

Bohemia is in prime position for making one culture run with 20% culture conversion cost from husite faith, with religious and influence ideas you can get all the way to 95% discount when doing provinces bordering your culture.

The reason the Saxony event didn't let you make them a March was because there wasn't any historical context for that unlike brandenburg

The way to do it is: 1. STAY CATHOLIC ... but keep the Hussite provinces around (once the centers of reformation spawn you MUST put a missionary on at least one hussite province BUT NOT PAY THEM ... which should prevent them from being auto-converted) 2. AFTER the religious war ... make the hussites convert your country ... and only then complete the mission to create the center of reformation. Interesting question: could you spawn it AFTER the other centers have been despawned ... as an "unopposeable force of conversion"?

I recently played a Japanese campaign and when i discovered Europe i saw some interesting things, AI Bohemia became HRE Emperor and PUd Poland and Lithuania and took a huge chunk of Russia and there was also AI Spain who united iberia and had Naples and Austria under a PU, Austria had Hungary integrated and they also had the Burgundian lands and the bit later Spain also got Russia in a PU. (what was left of it) Ive never seen the AI do this many PUs before.

If you pick the middle option, you can become the Emperor and pick the reforms until Erbkaisertum which makes the Empire hereditary and then convert to Hussite. Instant religious peace.

Although it would have taken longer, if you ordered all your subjects to Defensive, kept war score near zero-ish by winning some battles and not allowing things to remain sieged, eventually Salzburg would have accepted a peace offer that did not include the "Make Protestant the Official Faith" term, which would force the Peace of Westphalia.

The trick is to make sure the league ends with religious peace and anyone can become emperor. Since the Ottos were in the war, I would not have participated at all and put all your vassals on defensive/passive. And basically if it looks like Austria is going to crush Salzburg, just go in and help a little bit and then leave.

With mandchus, you can take Ming in early game but if you wait too much, it's over. You shouldn't sign peace before you manage to burn him to the ground and rebels start to spawn massively.
