I assume you never bothered to watch 1M income, 50M manpower, 1m manpower rush, no dlc, ruined campaigns, chaotic succession, mp games and many other series I did. But yeah, you just throw everyone into one bucket without checking actual facts

Just counted I recorded 19 campaigns with edited stuff. How would I 'recycle 15-20 nations' if I record so few series as they usually have 3-7 videos per series as I'm one of a few creators that actually plays more than 50 years (like my friend Radhawk you mentioned that plays most of his videos in pre 1500, that's not my style)

You have a mission to diplo annex the free cities around you (though you need to take the 2 provinces of austria) and the Rest of the Mission tree is really cool. National ideas are also allright (better than bavarias imo)

Very exited about seeing a german formable campaign. However since Bavarians Mission Tree is for some parts really focused on HRE Stuff (like getting control of various electors and beco,img a elector themselves), I would like seeing an HRE Campaign more than a Germany Campaign here

Since you're going to be juggling so many subjects, i highly recommend that you make two vassals, take strong duchies, then integrate one vassal. Since strong duchies gives +2 diplo relations, by only keeping one vassal you will get 1 extra diplo relation and lower liberty desire on everyone.

Well, most of my subjects will be PUs, where LD doesnt stack as each one has it counted separately. But yeah, relarions could be useful

AI expands agressively now occasionally. In my Livonian Order game, Lithuania got declared on by a coalition with the Ottomans in it. They weren't under Poland. So I declared on them after the coalition did and then I could quickly expand into the released nations.

Bavaria is my favourite German nation in this game. The missions are just so nice and it's a very good country to be emperor of the HRE. I'm doing a Landshut-Bavaria-Germany run right now, I have formed Bavaria in 1447, it's 1463 and I have the Palatinate PU and Cologne as a subject, I am the emperor of the HRE and I got the Burgundian Inheritance with no problems (because France was fighting a huge war when I got it, shortly after becoming emperor, and it didn't declare on me).

Ingolstadt getting strong allies is far better than Landshut getting them; Landshut can get Ingolstadt as a PU for free, so if you're fighting Landshut, you *can* get them both

Couldn’t you have given the Nobility Integration Act privilege to the nobility to avoid the -3 Dip Rep malus and -5% cheaper annexation? If you’re worried about the influence, it automatically removes itself if you have no subjects no? Also, not worth to take ESR as a Minor imo cuz u get crownland back via conquest anyways

@@ZlewikkTV form bavaria decision adds like 10 crownland so it was not worth it Also i played bavaria yesterday and you can get the early bohemia pu by royal marrying them but you have to rush the bavarian pus And for some reason cologne mainz and trier joined my wars by promising land despite them not able to take anything

@@bossenes5020 getting bohemia is well known strat that's been there for many years. The problem is RNG. Sure you can restart up till perfect scenario but I don't think that you need Bohemia. Obv if you get them then it's great but it's not necessity

@@P.H.226 i know that the strategy is available for a long time But with bavaria its easy because the biggest rm partner gets it which makes it impossible as other small nations I took it because of my wittelsbach(dynasty of many states) unification run I PUed denmark(starts infertile) with norway and sweden PUed Bohemia and took the burgundian inheritance as i was able to ally them Than took the austrian and palatinate pus from the mission tree The missions help you but dont make it too easy like the austrian and castillian mission trees I gained nearly all my dev from PUs

Crazy right? France took the PU in the war and must have gotten the full inheritance right after. Pretty funny to see Poland have enough aggressive expansion to coalition an AI controlled France in the 1460s. Imagine if Zlewikk got Burgundy for free though, he would be only a short way off number one great power by 1470 after starting as Munich.

I have a question. On some restore campaign videos i've seen you gaining bonus to technology cost with spy network from another country. Now, i'm trying this Munich gameplay, I'm a little bit behind with techs, have over 80% spy network on Venice, but when i check technology cost it jus doesn't include spy network on Venice. Am i lacking some DLC?

Vassal does not mean directly :). It just depends on the strategy, there is no such thing as 'most optimal play', I prefer mine strategy for that particular situation :)

All right, here's my unquiet thought. If you are playing in Italy or in the HRE, should your starting idea groups be Humanist into Diplomatic? (Or vice versa.) Chances are you will be limited by aggressive expansion for at least the first century. So using Humanist, Diplomatic, and their policy gives you the most options.

Win war with better army from taking quality/offensive or from better tech from inno. Take land. Go slightly over your AE limit - scare off coalition with improved size and better army. Go massively over AE limit, beat up coalition as it forms with improved size and better army. Win win.

I could, but that Austria was pretty weak and there was big probability they would never take it. Also, just after this episode ended, Poland took PU over Hungary so in my scenario I would just waste time waiting

You should have taken the Nobility integration act estate privilege to annex passau, since it cancels itself if you have no subjects EDIT: I guess it worked out anyway since you were elected as HRE emperor 😅
