Highly suggest taking Norway at half cost from Denmark in your next war with them, as it’s a great way to get a huge chunk of the North Sea trade node, simultaneously denying the English Channel a bunch of money and enriching your node of Lubeck.

Hansa MT is arguably the most broken mission tree of all the game. Free permanent discipline, make your provinces gold provinces, fucktons of trade power and efficiency...

I am midway through a game of lubeck-hansa myself. When I realised the mission tree had double gold, I was already making 500 ducats a month from my 98% trade power in lubeck node. Game isn’t even 1600 yet but the same old ai bs of “ you have been rivalled by 7 great powers in Europe” has happened and idk if I care to continue it.
