I played byzantium and in the game the ottomans got bullies so much that it took less than 30 years for the ottomans to get annexed. First the mamaluks decided to take the anolian lands from the ottomans at he same time serbia , hungary and walachia declared war against the ottomans so I decided to to also declare war it was the best time to do so

there was actually a save for this:Abandoning ship Relase a vassal, coalition will most likely relase you for free anyway and from there form Russia as relased vassal.

Couldn’t you release and play as a subject, declare an independence war(breaking the truce), let the coalition war beat up Muscovy, and slowly take back land that way? I’m sure that the released nation is a free slate, so it’s a decent place to start. It may be extremely difficult to claw back the lands from the attackers, but with your skill, it should very well be doable. PS: It seems Vil already came up with that, sorry for the repeated comment.
