Just wondering what the bottom is like? Do you know what type of brushes it uses (we have a lot of long dog fur and stuff...) Thanks so much for the video. I like the remote feature lot. 👍👍👍

It uses a brush, so hair will be entangled all the time. You do get a tool to remove the hair though. I would recommend a brushless robovac if you have pets and/or humans with long hair, such as the Deebot 950 - You can swap out the brush with an inlet which I think is just fantastic. Obviously if you have carpets a brush will do better. But hardwood floors and pet/long hair, a brushless inlet will be way better.

Yeah, mine came in broke smh. Terrible surprise for my wife. Now I have to contact customer support. Terrible experience and inconvenience.
