eufyCam E330 Pro Review - 4K 24/7 Recording - You'll be Surprised!

Question...There was an update early this year that allowed the E330 to be operated as motion only instead of 24/7. Can you test to see how this works now? I am about to purchase one to add to my other battery Eufy cameras in a high traffic area, but my homebase only has 16 gigs of storage at the moment.

Great review Paul. You have the camera inside pointing outwards through a glass window, does this detect motion? If I added one EufyCam Professional (E330) will the Cross Camera tracking feature work with my other Eufy cameras? Hoping you can advise, thanks.

Yes mine aims through glass (for now) and still detects well. I've switched the floodlight , the IR light and the blue indicator lights off for now, otherwise they'd all reflect off glass. I will move it outside soon. The E330 activates thr cross camera tracking feature and most other eufyCams then become part of that feature

Thanks Paul, that's a great review. The cable from the camera, does it come out through the center of the mount please? Looking to drill it through the wall, so no cable is visible. I'm looking at replacing a S300 with a E330 pro, when the price gets under £100. Hopefully Prime Day will produce the price I want in a few weeks.

Hello, I have just had these installed. Should it be constantly blinking red? Wifi connection shows as excellent.

@louisemansfield2541 When does it blink red? Is it connecting ok? That red light could be thr status light to show it is recording. Try turning the status LED off in settings - general.

Can it be set up so it is active at certain times, e.g. night time? Is it activated by motion or the door and window sensors? many thanks

Absolutely - indoor or outdoor. You'll need a homebase 3 and add a hard drive - you cam install up to 16TB hard drive which for a shop I'd guess you'd need a lot of weeks footage stored (my 1TB hard drive stores about 3 weeks from x2 cams recording 24/7)

2 cameras have completely died within 7 months. The good part is they replaced it and sent me a whole 4 camera pack again because it has I believe a 12 minth warranty. But I will never buy again if they keep on dying on me 🤨

They definitely record in 4K - night vision with light on looses some clarity but hardly noticeable
