These cops are like toddlers who dont like to share their toys. They see him in a car he obviously shouldnt have but instead of waiting for him to commit a crime they just want to take it. Obviously Eugene wants to antagonize the cops but they make it too easy by being touchy hall monitors.

You are the kind of viewer that every gta rp streamer hates. 1. Eugene is a known criminal, not farmer. He has no reason other than messing around to drive a tractor in the city 2. Tractors are probably illegal in such high density areas 3. He was literally holding up traffic and in the opposite lane of travel when cops first encountered him 4. They're fucking cops, if they didn't enforce laws and just let you do whatever itd be super boring for crims

@@brax9062 The problem is they are (was) CID they're supposed to be undercover yet they're doing normal cop stuff. They not doing their job being undercover means they should have a better rapport with civs and crims. Yet most stick in hard ass cop mode constantly. They're supposed to report the crimes to normal cops, they're not supposed to so well known being undercover.

@@ExeErdna You're thinking of deep cover, and the majority of undercover cops are NOT tasked with deep cover. Very few cops actually do deep cover shit, like trying to infiltrate gangs. It happens, but usually with only high profile criminals and there's a lot of red tape involved. Generally, the use of CI's are preferred. The majority of undercover cops still function like normal cops, just in unmarked cars. So they can catch criminals doing shit they they usually hide from uniformed cops. Like jacking cars, selling on corners, or even typical traffic violations. They're also the ones more likely to meet CI's in the street. Even still, it's not odd for them to respond to normal calls.
