Ok. So if people are wondering how or why insanity didn't attack first and why insanity was able to take hits from Delta. First one was some of insanitys lore was changed. But not all of it. As seen in the newest reference for him. Insanity was left in a room without food, Water or someone to talk to(that being Undyne or Gaster) and wanting to find answers about what gaster was doing. Until it became something that strayed away from the original plan 2. Insanity's stats are(at the time frisk falls down) HP: 1/??? Atk: 99 Def: 99 LV: 20 Has abilites such as telekinesis, Save, Load, Reset and the ability to resist death Because of his high Def and probably fully restored hp that's why he was able to tank attacks from Delta

The reason delta manages to beat insanity is simple: he's more experienced in combat, he's beaten a LV 19 human with the full power of determinaton, and he's also beaten cross before. Also this is a huge W reaction because of the bad sanses reaction to the way of how insanity acts.

No, everything is simpler - he has the power of a human soul, this already automatically makes him the strongest monster in the dungeon. This may also not be the same Delta that fought Cross. Their reaction is approximately the same, only unlike Insanity, Delta took the battle seriously. Insanity did not fight at full strength because he did not use Papyrus's head and blasters (which, by the way, are more helpful than those of the classic). But Insanity is not helpless either, his stats are much higher than those of the classic, unlike Delta, whose stats are possibly lower than those of Insanity, because Sans still has the lowest stats. 19LV and determination. Insanity can also reset and can resist death (no matter how strange it may sound). So I'm sure that he still has a chance to defeat Delta. And I also hope that my boy will beat this orange. It's simple. Let's see what comes out in the full version.

I think the structure of Insanity's mind (including revolver take) will not allow itself to join Nightmare, it will perceive him either as a punching bag or as an opponent. And I think he will agree to kill for him only if he gets tired of beating with Nightmare himself after a long, long battle. LOL

We don’t fuck with insanity he’s got Dt as well as lv which I presume is 19 and I believe he’s actually able to use the reset button which means he would equal to that of a soul of determination and we know the guys powerful and tanky as fuck and from what I’ve seen from trios that have him such as FTT Ocetet and MTT he’s shown to survive grave wounds was shown to keep fighting until he beats his opponent and then he’ll melt and lastly I think he’s actually beaten his human he’s a berserker but it’s hard to know if he would win or loose against delta since he has the intelligence over insanity

Insanity lost Papyrus quite early, and did not use blasters. So yes, he is strong, and he allowed himself to play too long, which is why he paid with his eye.
