No, only steam related need to be filled.

@@ChuaMeiShun L1 (defrost) usually doesn't require water, but when use L2 and L3 should have water added. Actually, I never memorized exactly which functions need water other than steam. However, Fotile One Oven Plus is designed to remind you with a sound whenever it needs to be filled with water. Water "light" will be flashed with sound. Hope this helps!

@@shenggoh9014It's best to use detergents specifically designed for ovens and safe since you'll be steaming food inside. I recommend using a brand called Pink Stuff, Norwex Oven and Grill Cleaner is also good. Or you can use any other oven cleaning products that you can find.Make sure to use the steam clean function to help with the cleaning process.

可以用蒸的function reheat 食物。 请问你是要reheat 隔夜菜之类的嘛？ 可以用蒸。如果是冷冻馒头。可以用quick steam功能。 Fotile 是蒸烤箱。没有微波功能。
