Audio soul project - "back to joy" je croyais être le seul à aimer et écouter encore ce morceau en 2024 après l'avoir acheté. Le mixer sonne vraiment bien: neutre et naturel 💯 Merci 🤩🔥

You definitely aren't the only one. I buy and receive a ton of new music - and this one still stands up.

would be upgrading from a Rane Empath (non-rotary conversion) to either the Euphonia or V10! Tough decision as I've always wanted a Rotary! Any way, great mix mate - just found you and have subscribed. Keep it up!

That is a super tough decision. I already own the V10 - favorite mixer ever so I'm a bit biased. Between my V10 and my Warm2, the Euphonia for me would feel kind of redundant. Now if you were choosing between A9 and Euphonia, I'd say Euponia. I do think if you are a producer and want a mixer that also doubles as a production "home base," the V10 is the way. But for just mixing digital/vinyl, really tough call. The Euphonia edges the V10 on sound but both sound fantastic. I really don't think you will go wrong with either but definitely let me know where you land. Both mixers are really something special coming from a company like Pioneer/Alpha Theta.

v10 100% it costs the same and has about 2/3 more features and still sounds fantastic, i will probably never change mixer again myself

I feel the same about my V10. I mean at some point there will be an upgrade that will make sense but not that I can see in the near future.

Hey thanks for watching and for reaching out. So a few things: 1. I love my V10 more now than the day I bought it two years ago. Between V10 and Euphonia, you can't go wrong with either however, if you are a producer and need a "command center" that is also a bad ass DJ Mixer, the V10 is this one. The V10 is honestly my favorite DJ mixer that I've ever owned so I am super biased here. The A9 is like a super dialed in, modern muscle car. The V10 is like a murdered out Bently that you never thought you needed but couldn't imagine life without it ;) 2. I also LOVE the Xone 96. Like the V10, it has that something special that a lot of mixers in class don't. 3. If you want the feel and sound of a rotary, but with all the new tech (on board EFX, etc), the Euphonia is a great fit and pretty damn sexy. 4. For me personally, the sexiest traditional rotaries on the market are made by Condesa but there are many others that are brilliant (ARS, MasterSounds, Formula Sound, Bozak, etc) One thing you could do from a $ standpoint is pick up an Ecler Warm2 (I have one and love it) or Warm4. It would be a complimentary purchase to your A9 without breaking the bank like some of the other boutique rotaries. Hope this helps and doesn't confuse you even more. Either way, you are on a great path and asking the right questions.

Hello Phil, thanks for the mix and the impression of the mixer. May I ask, is this the native sound from your recording, or did you edit anything after recording?
@seattlehousemafia6 ай бұрын
We did run through Audacity to even things out. No more editing than that.

If I were to give it a grade, the Euphonia would be a B. Really nice execution with efx routing, overall feel, and sound quality, I just can't get over the fact that they used that terrible plastic on the upper 1/3rd and really do think they are going to have issues with the weak efx selector switch - time will tell on the rest of the build quality. If those two items were addressed, I'd give it an A-. As I said in my video, overall my V10 offers more flexibility and I'm convinced now more than ever, the V10 is the best mixer Pioneer has ever produced - just my opinion though obviously.

@@seattlehousemafia I agree with this statement. I have both units and quite honestly, the v10 is the one. And I agree with you on the plastics and flimsy selector switch. They really should’ve gone full rotary treatment, with the eqs etc. Really dope unit, but inconsistent quality feel across the unit. Hopefully this isn’t their only rotary.

Because you nee to have the RMX in the chain with the master out of the Euphonia, you are technically downgrading the sound.
