Lexi saw her father the same night Cassie saw him. But Cassie seen to vocalized it more. With Lexi being in the shadows and her not stepping out and not saying a word when she was up those stairs shows so much that, that moment affected her so much. I think the saddest people struggle alone in silence and Lexi is definitely someone that's endured her own pain by herself with no one to see through it. She was through the hard moments, just like Cassie but only she stayed quiet and that speaks so loudly of her character.
