Earlier we have Acid in lead acid batteries and Alkali in Lithium batteries Dr Kotnala and his team achieved it with water , instead of Acid or Alkali. It is indeed great and worth applauding. Next is it, once use and throw type or rechargeable cell. Since Zn becomes zn(OH)2 , so how long this cell works or can it be recharged. These aspects will perhaps decide future of this invention. Interviewer is quite smart and he asked this question but Dr Kotnala skillfully dodged it.
