This type of helicopter flew over my house at 100 feet. Incredible to be able to see the detail from a ground level while it’s in the air

Thanks so much, I thought you might enjoy this one! This is all from footage shot between 2012-14, I'll try to get some new shots of High Terrain's machines this winter and make a better compilation soon.

We've been seeing alot more of these around our area the past few years being used by Network rail for surveying the main east coats line and a variety of other jobs including forestry too. Great to see some footage of these ones mate. Liked.

That's great you're seeing more AStar's around your area, they seem to be very common around here. Always a pleasure to see them flying around Nelson!

the ASTAR is appreciated by the TV channels because it vibrates very little! 24 hours a day above Los Angeles, at least one ASTAR is in flight! there is also its revolutionary rotor, the STARFLEX, a traditional helicopter rotor has 300 parts and which requires significant maintenance, the STARFLEX has only 50 parts, which requires relatively little maintenance, visual inspection being the most important work long, on a traditional rotor, a lot of greasing work for the ball bearings is necessary, the French engineer René Mouille, father of the ASTAR (ECUREUIL in France) and the STARFLEX was a genius

Great video! Nice helicopter too, we get quite a lot of helicopters at my local airport, including the costgaurd AW189's. I just uploaded a video of Coastgaurd G-MCGO, would you mind having a look and giving me some feedback on the video? Many thanks in advance.
