You should’ve sieged the province in Bahmanis that you have a claim on, so vinegar might give it to you

the biggest limitation you're running into is the combination of your loose play with whole army siege and eating a fair amount of extra attrition and your absurd gujarat vassalization play that gave you 150 aggressive expansion with most of the northern countries (multan, bulashistan, nagauar. would've been delhi too but you were allied at the time so it softened the blow considerably)

"Did the Timurids just GG out of this war and give up land?" Um, yeah. They were full occupied (you never checked on them despite me yelling at the screen... :) ) and only had 10k troops when you allied them. They lost all their vassals earlier in the game and were the weak version of the Timmys.
