This bro is so right (it applies to a lot of Africans). We once lived in a house whose owner was a very nice helpful, old l German man who always helped with repair works our flat whenever we needed help. When we moved to another City, the Landlord rented the Flat to another African (based on the good experience he had with us)this lady refused to pay her rent for months and ran off without paying...Such Landlords will NEVER rent their Houses to Africans again.

Here in Nigeria, the less you use, the more you pay because its an estimated bill.
