These guys… loved them when I was 12-13, love them even more now at 49. While everyone else was all about other bands of the 80’s, I was about Europe. It was honor and deep pleasure to meet them in 2016. Such kind, genuine, grateful, down to earth gentleman. I didn’t get to meet John Norum though which was a bummer as he has been my favorite guitarist since I first loved Europe. Thank you for this amazing song. 💙🔥💫♾️ Rest in Love Rolf Larsson 🩵

Europe. I was practicing guitar [5] minutes every Tuesday after school of [7] chords my uncle showed from the time I was twelve. And, looking back of the sweat I poured out just learning those chords sunk in better than [7]hours breaking strings. I will get my G E D!!!

Every album they’ve done since their reunion has been different. They don’t get the credit they deserve. So many of the other bands that came on to the scene in the early/mid 80s are burnt out, washed up, and little more than a painful attempt to keep rehashing past glory and relying on that past success. These guys on the other hand just keep pushing forward.

I just lost my dad just after Thanksgiving. My dad’s funeral was just last Saturday. Thank you so much, you guys are such a blessing. My dad gave me the same words of wisdom. I think you re looking at them through Rose coloured glasses, not all their stuff has sounded good to me and I have liked them since 86. But now I think they re just ok. But all of you writing comments on here are looking at them as if they re sheer perfection. And none of us are perfect not even them sorry to burst your bubble and mine this track to me sounds to pop not typical of coming from a supposed heavy Rock Band like Europe are supposed to be it s an ok song but too poppy who s the little dog in the video, and that young guitarist looks more like John Norum s son than Tempests John Norum has got a son around that age 16. I ve seen photo of Tempests sons when they were young and his eldest son don t look anything like him. He looks more like his mother.. so stop looking at this band as if they re perfection cos they re not.
