So they say "the towers aren't very human places to live in because of the height" try and explain to 90% of NYC that their homes aren't very "human" places to live 🤣😂. Its not dubbing it’s a voiceover and is used for the blind or partially sighted as they can’t see subtitles and can only listen, and for those who can’t actually read, For the deaf population who can’t hear the voiceover they have the option of selecting to have subtitles switched on
