Smiling, friendly, genuine, down to earth; still a young person, but a highly accomplished HUMAN already. This is what counts more than medals and wins. Ah, forgive me Puck, for I have sinned today, I doubted you for a couple minutes there when Pauline got a 20 sec gap on you, I though "that's it, but no shame coming in second behind Pauline specially in such a hard day... I will have to do penance for my lack of faith 😂 Congratulations for being able to defend your title. I know that I have absolutely nothing to do with your success, nevertheless your win made me really happy and and felt proud. Jose Been mentioned today in the commentary, that you are also finishing your studies at the university, on how temperature affects an athlete's performance. Guess you could gather a lot of data today. I find it amazing that you are also finishing your studies. I like that in woman cycling there are so many girls with degrees, nice to see you also in that camp 😀 And happy birthday, you've made yourself the best present 🎊

The track is very technical, the race will be interesting in wet conditions. I remember that there was also a downhill track which was also very challenging. I can’t figure out from this video if there are shared segments. Anyway congratulations to organizers for putting down such a great event.

Wat ben je toch een mooi mens. Ik kijk je video's altijd met veel plezier. Of het nou verkenning veldrijden, weg of MTB: als het maar wielen heeft een stuur. Alles is leuk om te kijken. Super grappig om te zien hoe jij je best doet om in het Engels te spreken. En als de jongens dan verkeerd rijden vol in het Nederlanders: Na boven!!! bonjour, parcours très difficile....hello, very difficult course...je trouve le parcours très dangereux...I find the route very dangerous..Puck après cette reconnaissance, vous avez une stratégie en tête...puck after this recognition, you have a strategy in mind..Partir en tête serait le mieux :)...Starting first would be best :)

Maxxis Forekaster WT 2.4 front and 2.2 back. Keep the wheels straight and stay over top of the wheels. Don't be afraid not to break in some of those sections, though ride to the terrain absolutely. Hit the climbs fast and maintain speed up them, just try to stay on the bike up the tough climbs too. You have it in you to win so give it your best and good luck.
