European Competitiveness in Advanced Therapies

The Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) and ATMP Sweden co-hosted the event “European Competitiveness in Advanced Therapies: How do we Fulfill the Potential for the Benefit of Patients?” on 27 June at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.
Organized in partnership with the Swedish Presidency of the EU, the event was an official satellite event to the Presidency’s (invitation only) Conference on "Life Sciences: the Era of Personalised Medicine."
The event focused on the revision of the EU pharmaceuticals legislation and the EU Joint Clinical Assessment of ATMPs and how these policy initiatives will affect Europe’s competitiveness in the cell and gene therapy sector.
