Except for wetsuits and rocks on the beach that wave was most definitely Pipeline doppelgänger. Is the reef/rocks at that break as shallow and dangerous as pipeline? Exactly where is this? Thank you this was very cool!

dont think about rocks or hazards....the only problem of this waves are the stupid locals that rule canarias nowadays... cant go anywhere in canary from Ten to GC and not find those bananas farmers

Canary islands = extreme localism. My friends and i had very bad experiences here. Never in my life i've seen anything like this. If you go for a surftrip, better choose another place. Sorry but it's true

@@alvarorosello594 I was there in 2002. The locals acted like douche bags even back then. Completely unprovoked localism. Best part was that I'm fluent in Spanish and I could tell them to get fucked. At the time, it was mostly the blow-in Peninsular Spaniards thinking they were locals (kinda like haoles that moved to Hawaii and think they're of royal Hawaiian blood). I befriended a few locals too and they felt bad that there were some dickheads ruining their reputation.
