This song was my intro to Stray Kids and still my favorite song of theirs. I listen to it and watch the video daily. Everything about it is a masterpiece. This song is about compulsion , and it definitely has homoerotic overtones… Please don’t feel bad about stating the obvious! The Korean title of the song, 강 박, translates as “obsession.” So, the song is about compulsion to over work. Red lights are found on electronic equipment. There is one subtle lyric in the middle of the song when Bang Chan sings “set the mic up” and this refers to his obsessive work making music. well they both very supporting the LGBTQ community, hyunjin recommended some bl and gl books that he read and liked to his fans and bangchan is overall very supporting to the community (writing most of their songs as you&me without using words like girl/boy so everyone could relate, his cute reaction when a gay couple told him they met each other because of stray kids, him saying things like "everyone deserve love, boys, girls and whatever you choose to be, you all deserve love" and so on). so you really don't need to feel shame about saying it's not looks straight, I don't think they meant it to look straight at all😂 and anyway they probably won't get offended by that.
