American scorpions European scorpions and asian scorpions when they take 70 cities it's civil war Middle east scorpions and African scorpions when they take 55 cities it's civil war (Btw it's not free for all the other scorpions are cooperate against you). Also the nato vs wto when you play a normal country it triggers random sometimes it triggers something it doesn't

Asian scorpion has a research path that lets tank go point A to B even if there is water you dont need to cross it its like a helicopter movement thing unless you are going over endless ocean
