Just watched his interview with Gary Neville. Every one of his answers filled me with confidence (as a Man United fan). He all but said that the club made a mistake not telling Rashford and Casemiro not to go to America. It sounds like the players will be spending less time doing their social media stuff, and more time on the training pitch. Good for him if so. The easy life is over for some players.

Amorim is exactly the same age as Sir Alex was when he took over, so how can he be too young? The united motto is "if your good enough, your old enough" and that applies to managers as well. Also Amorim proved true to his word when he says he will defend his players always. He hasnt blamed Rashford or Case, he blamed the club for not disallowing it in the first place. They haven't broken a rule but obvious that wont be happening again or a 5day brrak lol

I think that if the club tells you that you have 5 days off and they don't impose any restrictions, then people that are knocking Rashford for his decision to watch a basketball game in the states hasn't broken any rules. What I don't get is that there is no criticism of Casemiro for being at the very same game and I don't understand why people are knocking Rashford about he should stay home and work out when he infact had a personal trainer whilst there. And I don't get why people make those comments without even looking at the pictures posted of him working out while he was there. Agenda????

I'd be embarrassed showing myself at a game in new York after how poor I'd been in the last 2 years. He could of gone somewhere quiet, but you can tell alot about someone in how they choose to be seen, layered up with gold chains displaying his wealth.
