Buying a Birkin or Kelly at Hermès stores in France does not require your shopping history! As long as you can get an appointment, you can buy whatever is available on your appointment date at that particular store. 😎

I disagree, personally I’ve found that what Hermes in Paris decides is “available on your appointment at any particular store” is based on everything from; how you’re dressed to how you’ve treated the staff, and yes what other hermès departments you’ve shown interest (bought things) in😄! I’ve seen people be told that bags I refused weren’t “in stock” … transparency isn’t exactly their strong suit 😅🧡
