Eurorack ILDA Interface Module

I was asked if I could make a Eurorack module that interfaces with ILDA compliant laser projectors, I said sure I will see if I can make one. This is the result.

"no threading like cross threading" LOL. This is cool. I have a pretty powerful laser that I used to use (5 yrs ago) in my DJ show. I've been wanting to interface my modular (esp the Chaos modules) with the laser, but was concerned about destroying it. Keep me posted on this one. I'm pretty sure I need it.

I have already started to layout the PCB, I hope to have an initial run of modules in January.

All the parts have been ordered for a run of modules. I will do an assembly video once everything comes in.

Great video! Nicely done. Could that last jumper have been the interlock that was never connected to the back panel? Just an FYI, it's not "LIDA", it's" ILDA" (ill-dah) for the International Laser Display Association. Ron
