Great intro, loved the transitions in time with the music. Really set the scene for a great video.

I can appreciate how much work went in to that 12 minuet video, well done. The drone shots were very good. I have just got back from a solo trip round Europe too 15 countries in 10 days. Very basic filming though. I really enjoyed Bosnia, Romania and Croatia. Looking forward to your next vid.

Awesome!! So jealous! Would love to do a trip like this! Been looking at the ATs but sadly they're out of my budget. Looking at a versys 650 at the moment...

I’m planning a Euro motorcycle trip from New Zealand next year, I’m just having trouble finding motorcycle insurance, I have rented a motorcycle before In Europe but this trip is going to be longer and a rental is way to expensive

Love youre videos man 💯 bought also an AT but just still looking for those crash bar bags, where you did find these?
@mike-on-the-bike2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Billy 🙂 these bags are UK brand LOMO. Excellent quality for the price. They are twice as cheap as the Kriega or Givi bags but they are out of stock at the moment. They sell very quick once in stock.
@billyrouffart55912 жыл бұрын
@@mike-on-the-bike thanks for fast replying! They also fit the original crash bars? Will check out theire website. Thanks man! Enjoy the ride!

No broblem, glad to help 🙂 I'm pretty sure they would fit but you can still find some videos here on YT and have a closer look on them.

Sorry for the double comment! But would also love what photo/video equipment you have with you! Always interested in that. And what helmet is that? Damn I want info about everything hahaha
@mike-on-the-bike2 жыл бұрын
That's okey. I will definitely make a video about my set up and will be coming straight after these series. But for now I can tell you I used gopro 9 and gopro 10 and drone DJI mini 2. Helmet is Klim Krios Pro.

Nice video to start tour Eurotrip journey! I thought the Africa Twin came with heated grips as standard - how are you finding the Oxford grips? What is the gap in years from your first scooter to getting your Africa Twin?
@mike-on-the-bike2 жыл бұрын
Thanks 🙂 I have the 2016 model of AT and that didn't come with heated grips. Probably the new ones do. The Oxford grips are absolutely fine. Can't complain about that. They do the job. I had the scooter for a year and then jumped straight away to AT DCT from one day to another.
@Gaby832 жыл бұрын
@@mike-on-the-bike Aaaaaaaah, DCT, that is what you were "clicking" on the right handlebar, I see now, interesting. Nice video, waiting for more, also show us the bike and gear and all 😁
@mike-on-the-bike2 жыл бұрын
@@Gaby83 haha yes, that's how you put it in gear on a dct model 😃 some things maybe you'll spot on the way...but i'll be doing a separate video specifically for that. 😉

@@mike-on-the-bike That would be great to see a video on your bike accessories and gear! I have a Vespa now and looking to get a 2022 Africa Twin DCT so any tips and advice would be most welcome
@mike-on-the-bike2 жыл бұрын
@@ReallyItsJustJack I did a test ride the other day with 2022 DCT and I have to admit it has improved a lot in 6 years. Really nice and easy handling, it's much smoother then mine, breaks are brilliant, plus with all the new technology built-in... incredible mashine!!!. You won't be disappointed. And don't be afraid jumping from scooter to AT, just treat it with respect as it is much bigger and faster bike and take it easy from the beginning and you'll get use to it very soon. Enjoy it and ride safe 🙂
