I was six when I watched this eurovison and had no idea what a tune was, I just saw shiny costumes and decided to learn this entire song by heart (I learned all the songs from that year… wore out a few cds in the process) despite it not being my language, and then proceeded to (out of key because it was sung that way) break into this song, at the most impossible times of the day. This song makes my day better even now, though for completely different reasons

You could tell the girls looked nervous at the start but they quickly grew in to the song choreography in time. Shout out to the backing singers aswell for that. Looked like they were having a blast. Great stuff.

Well, this was one of the highlights of Eurovision 2000 (for wrong reasons) and they did much better than expected. Also, this performance went down in Eurovision history as one of the worst vocal performances ever (although competition is tough in this category). However, people still remember this. It is funny to see this is still, result wise, one of the best finishes for Macedonia.

The brunette girl with the blue outfit has the weirdest voice I've ever heard in my life. She sounds exactly like Mary Roach, the psycho lady from American Idol 2005. Oh common guys this song is my guilty pleasure, you’re so harsh for fuck sake… they are just a teenagers having fun. Especially they were stressed because the whole country was expecting good placement that year. They had so much pressure and actually that was their 1st song ever I think they didn’t even expect that they will represent their country. If you see their performance on their national selection they’re sound much better. Anyway this performance entered in the history as one of the guilty pleasure song.
