I see a lack of geography knowledge here. Greece is not in Eastern Europe, it's in Balkans. Spain and Portugal are in Southern/Mediterranean Europe, not in Western Europe. Yes, they automatically qualified for the grand final and didnt have to participate in the semi-finals
