I voted for this. There are 2 bands- folk band PUULUUP, 2 members with folk instruments from Hiiumaa iseland, called Hiiu kannel in Estonian, daddy with low voice is anthropologist and hiphop/rap band, popular in Estonia - 5MIINUST with dark glasses and nick names. Dance is folk dance from Vormsi island, internet says it was danced before going to hunting.
