He is actually also the owner of the studio/songwriting camp «The woods» where they made the song and also besides a producer, a songwriter himself. He was the co-writer on the song «Geranimo» with Umami Tsunami in MGP this year and he also work on a school as assistant professor.

I guess it was mostly Stig who had her as an example for a weird ESC winner song and gave them the task to write a song out of the box or the 'most craziest song they could think of' as they said in interviews before. If you have seen pictures from the songwriting camps it looks like he is doing an introduction how a ESC winning song could look like and gives other informations in the morning before they start.

I live in America, and I was attending my high school prom the day during this. They actually had the show on a giant screen and all of my classmates were watching. Nobody knew what this contest was about other than it was just blowing up on social media and everyone wanted to see what was up. It was weird because I’ve watched Eurovision and was the only one who knew what it was about. I mainly watched it that year because of Norway. Amazing song and I just love it when you have people who dress up like that who’s identity are secrets. When Norway came on, my school started dancing and singing the lyrics because it was so catchy, and it is. My school really enjoyed the competition and that feedback ended up going to our superintendent. So next year, my high school will have its own song contest because of this. Thank you Subwoolfer! Thank you Eurovision! Much love from the United States 🇺🇸

It doesn’t do a winning host, they host it in small areas, it doesn’t have the traditional semifinals and running of the grand final, and the music culture between America and Europe is so different that it just doesn’t work

This was a bit special though, from how the song was written, to their hidden identity, the story they made etc. It wouldnt be the same with other songs in Eurovision cause they are usually created in a day or so. This was a thorough project, at least it became one.

I am kind of amazed and outraged at the same time about how they managed to keep the whole thing alive and mess with everyone...😅 Now that I know the background, with all the necessities their initial idea caused (creating their own story, dealing with all the new challenges, every event that required a new "chapter" etc.), I'm even more suprised that the whole thing didn't fall apart as soon as they were confronted with reality. Anyway, they gave us one of my personal 2022 favorites, so I'm not gonna complain👍

How they managed to stay in those uncomfy suits for a whole year is some dedication🐗🍌 About the meaning I think give that wolf a banana was about bullying anonymely on the internet. The wolf masks and different made up names like keith and jim symbole the anonymity, grandma the voulnerable people and giving banana getting help for the people being bullied. Taking the masks off was an important symbol that we need to face the consequences with our own identities and be real sometimes, not just hide behind the computer. Also identity crisis is normal, DJ astronaut is the perfect example of that😅
