This was a superb edition of Eurovision. Hosted beautifully & professionally, with quality and memorable songs, great interval music, and a meaningful winner. I loved Eurovision 2014. Also had a huge crush on host Nikolaj Koppel! RIP to Mamuka Gaganidze (the vocalist on the drums in the band 'Shin' & Mariko from Georgia, who competed with 'Three Minutes To Earth'). He passed away in 2019.

I was there at the Grand Final in 2014, and it was an incredible experience! Such a jovial edition of the contest, full of great songs and an excellent crowd atmosphere. The voting was also a real thriller! The only thing about the show that was bad was that because of the stage design, the scoreboard was invisible to my entire side of the arena (I had to go down the stairs to see it). But a great show by DR! Hard to believe it was staged in an old shipyard (that I passed everyday while living in Copenhagen two years prior!).

This is where everything startet for me. It was not the first time that I watched the eurovision, but it was the first time I really got into the whole community. It was the first time my country had a chance of winning for the first time in many years. Yet I still couldn't believe that my country actually could win the trophy until the voting finished. The amazing Conchita "The Queen of Austria" finally brought the trophy home after 48 long years of waiting. This made me really fell in love with the eurovision and it still holds on till this day.

It’s not muffled. It’s a little hollow and low in bass. It’s how it was broadcast. Not as rich as it could have been but then we not know the issues they had on the night.

The first year I followed and watched Eurovision, and. I loved almost every song. Teo! Slavic Girls! Want Me to Go- Want Me to Go! The Russian twins, Cake to Bake, We Don't Beat from the Same Heart, and of course Conchita! Eurovision at its best.

The guy point presenter from Israel is so friendly and ALWAYS learns a little bit that he can say in the host country‘s language on the night - what a LEGEND! 😊
