Very interesting conversation, thank you very much! But I still miss a deeper analysis on the Portuguese and Spanish colonialism and its history and impact on the European legacy and history itself. There is certainly a lot of shadows and silences because ancient rivalries between all these empires and colonial conquests.

I couldn't help but chuckle when the author chose to respond only to the points his white critics had raised and not those raised by the only non-white on the panel. A visible irony at play.
