I thought the VR6 isnt strong enough for heavy these beasts are when it comes to off roading, why did you choose that over the V8? Is the only advantage the MPG? I feel like the power coming from that V6 would struggle with a "overland build" with a lot of weight

The gearing is as important as the engine. From the description box, this Cayenne has the 3.6 engine, according to Porsche it makes 286 HP and 284 lb-ft torque. In comparison, my 2023 Gladiator with the 3.6 makes 285 horsepower, and 260 lb. ft. of torque. I have my truck made up for overlanding with a lot of weight and it does just fine, I am running 4.10 gears which helps a lot. I would say the V8 and V6 would get roughly the same MPG in this build.

How is the ride on the street, motorways? I heard anything above a 2inch lift messes with the geometry? Very nice setup nonetheless!
