Very poor picture quality. You see this a lot on these old bandscan videos and its not because it was recorded on VHS. Apparently many people never bothered to aim out their receiving dish correctly to get a clear, steady signal and when they recorded their zapping didn't bother to take a few seconds per channel to let it sink in. Result: 80% is just useless noise. Ah well, those analogue times are gone now and will never come back.
