Try removing the isolated 3v3 power supply for the pack sensor Also avoid feeding the gpoi pins with any voltages before supplying the esp with power Also use a bigger ldo, you're demanding too much with everything on the board Finally, assemble a new pcb If nothing works remove the led and sell it as a power supply, you'd make millions

Agreed. Bigger 3.3 regulator in the plan for the next board. I've got it working well enough to continue with software development and I want to have that running to demo it at the upcoming EVCCON conference.

@@MikesTropicalTech Just got the schematic and board, taking a quick look... One really quick thing: Since +12V is expected on J2 but you have no control over it, I would protect that input with a zener. Put a 100Ω after D2 followed by a 12V 1A Zener (1N4742 or equivalent),. The 3.3V regulator wants 12V or less, so anything above that may blow that chip. How can I get images to you, just upload to your Google docs?... maybe you mean pin 38 on the ESP32, not 39? (EXP)? Tracing the board along with your vid... Would have to walk thru this when you get the time...

@@MikesTropicalTech Just uploaded some images and notes to the shared folder; all checks out, and I have some suggestions you might try.
