Company cannot split share as it’s face value has reached the least FV which needed as pe SEBI. Bonuses are usually used to distribute retained earning of company to its share holder.

Your analogy of yes bank with reliance is incorrect. When yes bank goes to 500₹, reliance won't remain at the same market cap. Reliance will go up too. PS. Not invested in yes bank

Small correction, if yes banks market cap becomes 15L cr, market cap of reliance can also become 40-50L cr.. But you are totally right that comparing Market cap rather than price gives us more clearer picture.
