Eva Air Flight Review | Los Angeles to Manila Flight via Eva Airlines | Travel Vlog #22

Our flight from Los Angeles to Manila on November 2019 during our trip to the Philippines. We flew from Los Angeles to Taiwan via Eva Airlines. Los Angeles to Taiwan is a 15 hour flight and had a layover at Taiwan International Airport for about 3 hours. We then flew from Taiwan to Manila & is about 2.5 hours flight. We were served a total of 5 meals (2 of which is snack) the entire duration of the 2 flights.

I was thinking how did you manage to fly out of the states and into Manlia until I read your descrption lol! 2019 was SUCH a good year compared to this dreaded 2020, we actually had our freedom! EVA is such a great airline, friendly staff and great service. 😊

We have heard good things about EVA, but have never flown the airline. The food looked pretty good, and the flight looked more pleasant than the typical domestic USA flight. Thanks for sharing this!

As of Dec of 2022 Taipei airport was like 50% business closed. It was terrible..

In Taipe Airport, is the transfer or transit written in English? I will fly to bali through Taipe. I am nervous if I can't understand the language

Yes, as far as i can remember the terminals are all written in english. We didn't have any issue transferring in Taiwan and most people speak and understand english at the airport so if in doubt, can always ask. I'm sure you will be fine and I don't think you'll have any issue transferring. Have a great time in Bali.

@Rosalyn Casamayor di na po kailangan na mag check in sa Taipei, diretso na sa gate for Manila bound. Ingat sa biyahe and hopefully makauwi kayo this April.
