After watching "No Time To Die" I just had to revisit Casino Royale. Vesper is the only true Bond love, IMO. She never let him go, after all these 5 films, still... Casino Royale is the best Bond film, I love it so much. Eva took my heart away as well.

@@sparrow2068 I agree. I feel like one of the more underrated scenes of No Time to Die was when Bond and Madeline are in their hotel room and Madeline asks Bond if he can forgive Vesper. And the part that’s so heartbreaking is that the next day when James goes to Vesper’s grave the note that he has with him asks her to forgive him.

It's amazing how certain people(actors, actresses and thespians, to be precise) from non English speaking countries speak the language so well. I mean, I was stunned to find Eva Green's French when I read up about her on Wikipedia. Her British accent is superb! Another person I'd like to mention is Diane Kruger of Germany. She knows French, German and can speak English with a flawless American accent.

Léa Seydoux as Swann never had the connection to bond that Eva green as vesper did. No offense to Lea, but the chemistry with Craig just wasn't there. Green and Craig just had "it", and you can't fake that, or try to re-create it. Green's skill as an actor and her chemistry with Craig along with everything else that film had going for it made casino royal the best bond film of all time. Every other film has just been in casino royale shadow, though Skyfall came closest to topping it. No time to die was a disappointment for me because I was never truly believing or invested in the Swann Bond relationship, and therefore the movie had less meaning. Léa is a great actor also, just felt she was mis-cast in the Swann role. They should have found someone who had better chemistry with Craig.

Bond will be used to show delight and courtesy to his enemies since they are so sophisticated like Quantum. Bond must be at their level to finish them and not to get involved in international troubles. That's her legacy: Sophistication.

The fact that she died at the end of the movie broke my heart and i hate that. But unfortunally this is important because it reveal the real james bond, the killer without feeling and no affects.
