Does anyone remember the Zombie/Infection gamemode and the mode where you could play as the nextbots? To be honesty. It's very fun and refreshing to have, then only playing default gameplay of Evade. Sad that Zombie/Infection gamemode were temporary and the player nextbots were removed. It's just the repetitiveness of the default gameplay that turns me down. And hell. The update is quite disappointing to say the least. I mean yea, we got a map overhauled and wall running, but what about the gameplay itself? It still felt the same as before the updated. Especially the Pro Servers. Everyone kept picking the same map. Making the experience very repetitive. I mean. Where is the variety? Why making these gamemodes temporary? Are we going to get the harder version of the normal maps from Casual? You get what I'm trying to convey here right?

Tbh I totally agree with you, with the april fools being a very good update, and maybe they could add an obby mode or something and some players can practice their movement for free instead of having to be in a private or community server. They could also add a mode that would consist of just airstrafing in different maps, which many people would find really fun, or perhaps a mode where all the maps are big/small but not too exaggerated as april fools also needs recognition. I could go on and on... Nice video as always!❤

Yep, there are for sure various ways they could improve on the current state of the game which is what they've been able to do with updates from time to time such as April Fools! I'm glad you enjoyed the video!

Funnily enough I started playing Nico's Nextbots originally. Didn't understand why people liked Evade and did it rarely with my sis. It was slower and kinda janky. It did grow on me. But you know source engine games were my life since 2011. Overhaul eventually dropped, and ngl it felt a little weird. Kinda gross and sluggish. Though it grew on me fast. I find myself playing more frequently. From the various map redesigns/expansions. To the double perk slot. Buildables lasting a full match. More consistent physics with trimping. Alot of qol stuff. Admittedly I play mainly on events. Along with a music playlist. It just works. To keep it fun you should only play a little every so often, it does wonders. Burn out is real.

Can everyone just stop yepping?? They are only 2 devs, THEY can’t know abt everything or do the same things at the same time!! They are working hard on everything, trying to make the community happy but everything they get is hate and complains. But yepping abt like more uh fun able events isnt the best way to do. The devs literally said they’re trying their best; even if overhaul is out, THEY still need some time for their priv life and all, and if 2 devs are working on the game, then they can’t be that fast to do much changes or anything. Just be patient and let them take their time. I ofc accept or respect y’all’s descision, but still respect and accept the devs choices and work. (This is not like a hate to the content creator or to the people, it’s just my opinion)

As a person with level above 100 i have a whole new opinion on evade and events: ever since April Fools update i stopped Playing Evade, it got hella boring and i skip almost all Events, they repeat ever single thing wich is Now boring now stuff they could improve but i stopped playing. and i think adding old stuff from the last christmas event for like 300 or more is useless and gives me a feeling that they had no idea on what to make this doesn't only include events but whole game 1. after a while the Events get boring, it repeats the same thing i feel like they could get more Dev's and make the game more fun and more interesting and well taken care of as it kinda feels abandoned (For me) 2. they could keep the Events in time and work on them more early beacuse they are alyways Late wich is annoying (for me atleast) 3. add map tasks to do in most of maps 4. Delete Radio gamepass, People are playing loud as hell songs wich annoys people who don't have Mute Radio setting on 5. Add more emotes for people above level 100, i think it would be nice as we only go up to level 100 only for a emote 6. make the NextBots back to it's intelligence they feel way to OP 7. Delete some of NextBots not all but some and Replace them as some are Hella annoying and Even a bit loud or change their Kill sound 8. Make a gamemode for new players to learn with less Intelligent Bots and by time they can choose what kind of intelligence of NextBot they want 9. Gamemode for level 100 or less to Like work on Tactics wich i think would be cool 10. make more Nextbots that are like 3D i think it would be really cool like Bobo has it's own special round 11. delete the tiltes or whatever its called. they are Useless and don't give anything and just changes your name color. 12. make it clear that your carries need to be on and make it be that someone picking you up when Downed still makes your Time left down as i remember it used to keep the player alive even till end of round even tho they still had status as Dead (Not sure if they fixed this as i didn't play in a long time) augh if something isn't correctly then remember im from Poland and don't know english like 100%
