Evaluating the influence of FWHM on Binding Energy and Intensity reported by a Peak Model in CasaXPS

Hello, how do you identify the values for the FWHM for these species?

The FWHM for S 2p is determined by comparison to S 2p spectra from similar samples in which Ga 3s is absent. Hence, a FWHM estimate for the S 2p is obtained. Ga 3s tends to be relatively broad and more Lorentzian than S 2p. The spectrum presented in the video is one of many spectra measured from samples with similar composition, so it was possible to test the peak model against these other spectra involving S 2p and Ga 3s in different proportions. Constructing a peak model based on one spectrum is not something I would encourage.

@@casaxpscasasoftware4605 Thank you for the information. I am currently trying to fit my O 1s Spectra for Na-O2 species and I wanted to check for a specific FWHM for a Na-O2 compound. In the literature, I cannot find reports of the FWHM for such deconvoluted peaks in the O1s Spectra. Any thoughts on what could be done?
