Such a pathetic/sad "funeral. That dumb Clara just stared at Mike like a nut!She holds the key to it all. I loved it when the cop at least allowed Max to hug Iago and the hand-holding was incredibly romantic and heart-rending to see:( This show stabs your heart when you least expect it.

Iago wanting to protect Max by keeping him from confessing his involvement in the robbery, but also talk him down from wanting everyone to know Berta is innocent. He doesn't want Max coming to see him, its a part of Iago's world that he wants to protect Max from. To protect him from by wanting him to stay away. Its like someone stuck a knife in Max. It stings and it hurts when Iago suggests it. He used Iago's line from the park, I want to see you everyday. There is a moment that hangs between them, both are breathless. It happens again after Iago makes Max promise not tell anyone about Iago or them being together again. Max looks like he he will lose it if he doesn't get to touch Iago. Max's eyes never leave Iago as his hand moves forward, hearing Iago's breath catch when Max's hand makes contact with his. Max looks so grown up when he looks over at Clara the first time. beyond mad. The look he gave Clara once he was over with Iago. He was choosing a side. The hug and the handhold were the only ways Max could tell Iago he was sorry and he was there for him and also tell Iago he loves him. The funeral solidifies what Max told Iago. He's standing by him.

Found your comment :) I also noticed that right away. That in the scene when Max convinces Iago to let him see him in prison he uses the line that Iago said to him the day they became a couple. It makes the line that much more powerful. And yeah, they seem to be breathless for a moment. The prison scenes belong to my all time favourites. Especially this scene where they mustn't touch each other and still Max can't resist. He needs that touch and he knows Iago needs it, too. The hug and handholding at the cementery is like the second part of that touch. Max knows what it feels like to loose your mother and he wants to comfort Iago in every way possible. He will show him his love and support in every way possible eventhough Iago is in that horrible place for the time being. He will wait for his love and be there for him...

It didn't matter how long Iago was in jail, Max would got to see him however long it was. That kind of love, that kind of devotion is hard to come by, Iago knows it but at the same time he feels like Max is putting himself in danger just by being there. He know trouble would come down for Max if people on the inside or the outside knew, he doesn't want that for Max. Max's answer " I don't care if it brings me problems. " The scene after the chocolate croissant, in the kitchen, Iago tells Max he doesn't want Max fighting with Clara because of him. Max tells Iago its my problem. Its the same as in the jail conversation, Max sees it as his problem if people on the outside find out and confront him about it. Its him taking on the world for Iago. A love bigger than either of them. words don't do it justice.

I agree. Max would have waited an eternity. Iago felt so blessed by having Max by his side, to have his support. He loved that but at the same time he himself did not know how long he would be in jail and he did not want to "ruin" Max's life. And of course he did not want to bring Max anymore trouble. Words really can't describe what these two feel for each other. It is Max against the world..it is love against all odds! :)

so clara won't give Iaro a second chance even though he really bettered his live and got himself a job and stuff. but when they say berta was doing wrong she just wouldn't believe it and kept on saying she couldn't have done it even though it's pretty obvious she commited a crime.(even though we still know things are a little bit more complicated)

Hehe.... no, I actually agree with that 100% He is still a beautiful and sexy man, but... that 'OMFG!' factor is definitely missing with the new hair. Okay I'm not saying that being a thief is okay, but they seem to be treating thieves as if they were murderers or rapists or something. I definitely think it's possible to be rehabilitated from a life of stealing or even drug dealing (to a certain extent). I wouldn't put them in the same category as someone who kills other people. It just seems harsh to speak to badly of someone you knew and liked who just died and to not attend their funeral.
